Brunch Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup diced ham
1 package Rothbury Farms® Croutons (any variety)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Put croutons in bottom of 9”x9” baking dish

Sprinkle ham on top (Variation: Sausage or other favorite veggies can be added or used in substitution of ham)

Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper

Pour milk mixture over croutons

Refrigerate overnight

Bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes

Sprinkle with cheese and put back in oven until cheese is melted

Enjoy!
